What started out as a little remodel with maybe and addition is turning into a pretty comprehensive bit of new construction. We are working with a retired couple who bought what was referred to as a 'cabin' to add a bit of space to better capture the feeling of the environment in which it sits. The plan is to accommodate family and guests, but more importantly to create a house our clients will be delighted with as they enjoy their retirement. We'll try and update on the progress of the project as we work to have design completed in time for a Spring 2020 construction start. It's beginning to look a bit like 2020 could be a busy year.
